Sesshin - intensive week of awareness
For each Sesshin week, certain reminder aids (Sesshin Reminder) are offered that accompany us
internally during these weeks and challenge our alertness. With our willingness, the Sesshin
Week can be a particularly valuable time of inner clarity and deep insight.

The Sesshin Week is an intensive, awareness-oriented time.
It starts 7 days before the full moon.

The word Sesshin has its origin in Japan and means to consciously take time in which through the introduction of intensity and alertness an inner understanding and inner clarification can take place.
